Krista and Peter, Red River Gorge Wedding, Part three
Just a few more images from Saturday’s Wedding. The reception was at Clifview, the cake by our great friends Martine (Bourbon flavored wedding cake is good!) and catering by Miguel’s Pizza

While the weather was a bit funky during the morning, the sun came out right at the end of the ceremony – a great sign for sure! The ceremony was at Torrent Falls – our favorite venue (though I may be a bit biased since we were married there as well). Peter got a bit of climbing in and sent has project on the first try, then walked two minutes down the hill to get ready for the wedding. Not many venues have that option. Here is the first set of images…
Had a great time with Jennifer and Tyler and their dog, Ruby, this afternoon in the red river gorge! Fall colors and blue skies combined with a great couple make photography super fun. Started out with a cool field, then mill creek lake, and finished with some twilight images on sky bridge. Tania and I both love it when couples bring their dogs along, and Ruby did great – definitely earned her treat.
More images from the wedding. I probably have at least four full blog posts with just dancing shots as well, so will try to get one of those up in the next couple days. It has been a lot of fun going back over the photos, just so many cool moments and good times.
Had a great time in Estes Park, Colorado with Julie and Kenny! Fun couple, amazing venue, and a whole lot of my climber friends around. A highlight of the year for sure!

I haven’t had a chance to do much wildlife photography lately, but since I was going to be in Estes Park photographing a wedding…
Just a a couple hours to get out to the park, but the elk were really starting to get into the swing of things. Also, we caught a break, and they opened the pass to the other side of the park.
Just catching up with some non wedding blog posts…
Love the ballet! Love the dramatic lighting, the movement, the grace, and the music. Lexington Ballet now has a professional company, and they did great for their first performance!
